Core Values
PhysioWorks core values consist of integrity, consistency, collaborative, expertise, and empowerment.
Integrity. As a Worker Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy clinic, we ensure that our case management strategies will always prioritize a patient’s health, well-being, and most importantly, vocational performance. Our approach to business, employee well-being, and rehab strategy will always be guided by mutual respect, collaboration, and positivity.
Consistency. We do what we say, and say what we do with no exceptions. This includes our values, rehab strategies, and business processes over time. Following through on our commitments is our minimal company standard.
Collaboration. The foundation of our rehab implementation is a collaborative one. We understand that there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” therapy program and that a patient’s goals and effort are highly individualized. We also acknowledge that there is not a “one-size-fits-all” business model and we will always remain flexible and open to ideas that fit within the framework of our core values to ensure a work environment that optimizes employee well-being.
Expertise. While we provide standard Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy for a variety of ailments, we are the area leaders in Worker Rehabilitation. We are a company that encourages professional development to the best of our ability. Our company culture values ongoing education and we strive company-wide for each employee to pursue professional growth by obtaining ongoing expertise in their given discipline.
Empowering. We believe that the effort our patients apply to their rehab is ultimately what they will get out of it. We, therefore, believe that the responsibility of educating our patients is equally as important as the therapeutic exercise itself.
We want YOU to join the PhysioWorks team!
At PhysioWorks, our focus is delivering exceptional results, learning new techniques, advancing our treatment protocols, and of course, having an exceptional team environment! Our expanding practice provides ample opportunities for education and career advancement.
We are always accepting resumes from therapy and administrative staff who pride themselves on accepting new challenges and who possess a strong desire to help others. We only accept new clinicians on PhysioWorks staff who have the drive, passion, and enthusiasm for helping the patients with a fun and compassionate demeanor.
